Refund & Commitment Policy
1. The Healing Commitment
Betrayal recovery requires a high level of mutual commitment. When you sign your coaching agreement and submit payment, you are reserving a dedicated block of professional time, resources, and emotional space that is held exclusively for your journey. Therefore, once an agreement is signed and payment is processed, all coaching packages are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy (The “One-Time” Rule)
I understand that life happens. To provide flexibility while maintaining the structure of your recovery, I offer the following:
• One (1) Courtesy Reschedule: You are permitted one rescheduling opportunity per package at no additional cost, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice (Eastern Time).
• Subsequent Requests: Any further requests to reschedule, or any request made with less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in the session being forfeited.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session, that session is considered complete and is non-refundable.
3. Early Termination & Forfeiture
If a client decides to discontinue their coaching package before all sessions are completed, any remaining sessions and funds are forfeited. Because I limit the number of clients I take to ensure high-quality support, your payment secures a spot that cannot be offered to someone else once the work has begun.
4. The Coach’s Guarantee
The only exception to this policy is if I (Marquis Jackson) am unable to fulfill my commitment to you. In the unlikely event that I cannot meet the conditions of our agreement or deliver the services promised, you will receive a full refund for the undelivered portion of your package.
Product Purchases (Books and Physical Items)
All book purchases are physical products and are final sale.
Refunds are not offered for book purchases.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
If damage is verified, a replacement copy will be sent at no additional cost.
Replacements will not be provided for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect readability
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated above.
Order Processing and Shipping
All books are personally packaged and shipped by How To Overcome Betrayal LLC.
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
How To Overcome Betrayal LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
