I am committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring that every client feels supported in their healing journey. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be given.

Session Cancellations

Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no cost.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not qualify for a refund.

Services Already Provided

Refunds are not available for services or sessions that have already been completed.
This ensures fairness for the time and resources dedicated to each client.

Commitment to Clients

In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfill my obligations, clients will receive a full refund for any portion of the service that has been paid for but not yet delivered.
